Through our Managing Director, Eileen O’Brien, we provide one to one Management and Executive Coaching.
   
Eileen’s coaching approach focuses on business results, and professional/personal growth to enhance effectiveness and improve workplace relationships and business performance.  

Where beneficial, Eileen enhances her Coaching programmes by using tools such as personality profiling, 360 feedback and/or emotional intelligence.

Recent examples include One to One Coaching for a newly promoted COO in a growing company who was required to provide support and mentoring in their new role.

In carrying out the assignment Eileen was able to draw both on her Coaching expertise and qualifications, but also on her extensive organisational, managerial and leadership experience in industry and in consulting.
